Synopsis

The sword once again dictates the fate of Rome. Gladiator 2 takes place 16 years after the sacrifice of Maximus Decimus Meridius, whose legacy still echoes in the soul of Lucius, now an adult and the son of Lucilla. When the empire falls under new tyrants, Lucius is captured and forced to fight as a gladiator. Trained by the mysterious Macrinus, a strategist with unresolved scores, the young man confronts the brutality of the Colosseum.
