Synopsis

Robert Redford stars in a nail-biting thriller about a lone sailor who fights for survival after an accident An unnamed veteran mariner sets out on a solo voyage across the Indian Ocean. After a collision disables his equipment and causes his boat to take in water, he finds himself in the eye of the storm. As the tempest passes, he is quickly running out of food and water, and a desperate fight for survival begins. Surrounded by sharks and constant danger, the freedom of the open sea turns into a prison. With only himself to rely on, he must battle the elements in a deadly race against time.
